James Bentley lives and works on the small island of Île-Perrot, just off Montréal, Québec. He studied Illustration and Design at Dawson College and the Illustration Academy in Liberty Missouri. He then began his career as a freelance illustrator; a practice which gave him a great love for drawing and creating images. James' work been recognized by The Society of Illustrators of New York, Communications Arts, Applied Arts, and one of his most valued awards “The Joseph Morgan Henninger Award-Best of Show” given by the Society of Illustrators of Los Angeles.
